The Duke Village Rises: Building a Temporary TT Home Like No Other
April 29, 2025
As the Isle of Man gears up for another unforgettable TT, behind the scenes something special is taking shape...

The Duke Village is under construction once again. This pop-up accommodation hub has become a firm favourite among fans, and right now, it’s being carefully built from the ground up for TT 2025.

Over the next few days, a fleet of 54 trailers, delivering over 200 cabins will roll onto the site, each one delivering four cabins that will be lifted into place with military precision. Watching it happen is like witnessing a giant game of Tetris, where every move is mapped out in advance. The crane swings methodically across the site, placing each cabin in its perfect spot, transforming a bare patch of land into a buzzing hub of comfort and camaraderie.

Each cabin is a mini haven: twin single beds, an en-suite shower room, and enough space to rest, recharge, and get ready to do it all again tomorrow. Whether you’re winding down from a day trackside or catching up with new friends, it’s the ideal place to call home during the adrenaline-fueled fortnight.

At the heart of the Duke Village is the marquee, not just a tent, but a lively social space. Here, guests check in at reception, grab a hearty breakfast each morning, and swap stories over a brew about who had the best view, who spotted which rider, or who’s got the best race day strategy. It’s this sense of community that makes Duke Village more than just a place to sleep, it’s part of the TT experience.

And the location? Unbeatable. Just 250 metres from the paddocks, you’re right in the middle of the action. A gentle stroll takes you past the heartbeat of the TT, the paddocks themselves – which then leads you to the iconic Grandstand and start/finish line. You’re not just close to the races. You’re immersed in them.

Duke Village isn’t just built for the TT, it is TT. And when the final race is run and the roar fades, it all gets packed down and shipped away again, waiting quietly for the next chapter of road racing history.

So if you’re joining us for TT 2025, know this: your adventure starts long before the first bike hits Bray Hill, and Duke Village is ready to welcome you.
