ISLE OF MAN, SCOTLAND & LAKE DISTRICT NATIONAL PARKS

SELF-GUIDED MOTORCYCLE TOUR

NATIONAL PARKS MOTORCYCLE TOUR

Outside of the Isle of Man TT, when the masses haven’t descended on the beautiful island, there is a fantastic weekend of exploring to be had. Add to that a stunning tour of the Cotswolds, Lake District and Scotland, and you have yourself a fantastic self-guided motorcycle tour.

In partnership with Spyder Motorcycles’, we are delighted to offer a self-guided tour, where we do all the planning, so you need to do nothing more than arrive at Spyders Motorcycles Silverstone base, pick up your motorcycle with luggage, and follow the directions on the pre-programmed satnav.

With trip add-on options for groups, such as a day touring the Isle of Man or dinner with a TT road racer, this trip has plenty for the motorcycle enthusiast, whether travelling alone or as a group.

Starting at Spyder Motorcycles, Silverstone, day one offers two options, either a ride through the Cotswolds and along the Welsh and English border, meandering your way to Liverpool ferry port for the late crossing to the Isle of Man. Or, a visit to the Triumph Visitors Centre and then the quick route to the ferry.

You’ll then spend the weekend on the stunning Isle of Man with a tour of the island, museum visits and, of course, a lap of the famous Mountain TT Course.

It’s then back to the UK, where the route takes in the Lake District before heading into the beautiful country of Scotland. The tour will enjoy a visit to Edinburgh, the Cairngorms National Park, and you’ll ride the spectacular NC500, the shores of Loch Lomond and head through Glencoe. There’s also the option to take in a tour of Glenmorangie; you’ll just have to save the sampling until you reach the evening’s hotel!
