4 reasons why you need to stay at Peel TT Village

Located in the West of the island, Peel TT Tent Village is the latest addition to Duke’s wide range of TT accommodations. The Tent Village offers guests pre-pitched camping-in-comfort so you can start enjoying the TT from when you arrive.

Tents are available in three different options – two people, four-person and six-person – and include inflatable mattresses, pillows, chairs, a table and a lantern. Head to Duke Video now to book accommodation only, or contact us to book a bespoke travel package.

Here’s our top four reasons you’ll love Peel TT Tent Village.

Peel TT Tent Village

Enjoy your trip from the moment you arrive

As previously mentioned, one of the main benefits of booking a visit at our Tent Village is that you get an authentic TT camping experience without the hassle of pitching up. This means you can check in, drop off your luggage and begin enjoying your visit straight away. It also means that you’ll have significantly less luggage when travelling to and from the island. Towels (£10) and sleeping bags  (£30) are available to purchase on site. Pillows are provided with freshly laundered pillowcases.

Outstanding Facilities

One thing that can make or break a TT camping holiday is excellent onsite facilities, and our Peel TT Tent Village ticks that box. Based at Peel Football Club, the site has seen a major redevelopment in the last year involving a new clubhouse lounge and function room, a  fully licensed bar and refurbished shower and toilet facilities as well as free onsite wifi.

Snacks and hot drinks are available from the clubhouse whilst excellent ‘full English’  buffet breakfasts are available from the adjoining Peel Golf Club. A supermarket (0.5 miles), and public swimming pool (0.7 miles) are also nearby.

There’s no place like Peel.

Known for its beautiful beaches, busy nightlife and iconic sunsets, Peel has always been one of the island’s most desired destinations for TT visitors. But with limited accommodation in previous years, many have had to settle for alternative locations. Now you can stay in the idyllic western seaside town, with all the facilities it offers easily accessible.

Peel has a wide range of outstanding pubs, restaurants and heritage sites to keep you entertained when you’re not watching the races. Several events take place during the festival period, including Peel TT Day and the Moddey Dhoo Motorcycle Club’s Motorcycle Show, whilst a sunset stroll along the nearby promenade (0.7 miles) is a great way to enjoy the quieter side of an island visit.

Island wide connection

With its ideal location alongside the main route into Peel, the TT Tent Village is the perfect base for any visitor’s TT adventure. You don’t have to worry about bringing a vehicle to get anywhere as one of the main bus routes stops directly outside the site, meaning you’ll be well connected to many parts of the island, including the main entertainment hub of Douglas and almost every part of the course.
