Package Overview

There's something special about arriving on the Isle of Man before the TT begins. The roads are quieter, the atmosphere is building, and there's time to enjoy the island from the saddle before the pace changes.

Built around the Pre-TT Classic Road Races on the Southern 100 Course at Billown, this package combines outstanding riding with an authentic taste of Manx road racing. It's an opportunity to experience the island before TT qualifying gets underway, while still enjoying the excitement of competitive action on closed public roads.

One of the highlights comes on Friday, when the famous Mountain Road operates as a one-way system in the direction of the TT Course. For many riders, it's the perfect chance to experience this iconic stretch of road as it was intended, before exploring the rest of the island at their own pace.

This package does not include TT qualifying or race action. Instead, it offers something different: more time to ride, fewer crowds, and the opportunity to experience the unique atmosphere of the Isle of Man as anticipation builds towards the TT.

Itinerary

Travel to the Isle of Man with your motorcycle and settle into your accommodation. Once you've checked in, the island is yours to explore. Take a leisurely ride through the countryside, visit Douglas Promenade, or simply relax and soak up the atmosphere as anticipation builds ahead of the racing.

+ Saturday 29 May 2027

Make the most of a full day on two wheels, including the opportunity to ride the iconic Mountain Road as it operates one-way in the direction of the TT Course. Explore the island's spectacular scenery before heading south to Billown for the exciting Pre-TT Classic races on the Southern 100 Course.

+ Sunday 30 May 2027

Enjoy another day of racing action as the island comes alive with the sound and spectacle of road racing. Take in the atmosphere at the Southern 100 Course and make the most of the day with time to follow the action, soak up the excitement and enjoy everything the Isle of Man has to offer.

Today, it's time to bid farewell to the Isle of Man and begin your journey home, taking with you memories of unforgettable roads, spectacular scenery and an authentic taste of Manx road racing.

Peel TT Tent Village

Peel pre-pitched tents are a biker’s dream. Turn up and find the perfect camping spot already picked out for you. Your accommodation is already up, waiting for your arrival.

The tent village is located on the west side of the island at Peel Football club, which is on the main road from Peel to Douglas via the TT course.

Pre-pitched tents are available for two, four or six people and come equipped with inflatable beds, pillows and pillow cases, tent lanterns, plus tables and chairs. On-site facilities include a fully licenced bar, shower & toilet facilities. WiFi is free, and the site will be manned 24/7.

Open from TT qualifying week, the tents provide you with access to your favourite viewing sports on the TT course. The nearest point on the course to the site is Ballacraine, but the Black Dub and Glen Helen are also close by. Kirk Michael and the north can be accessed via the coast road from Peel.

Due to the location of the site, Peel offers plenty of places to eat and drink, and the centre is only a 5-minute walk. There is a bus stop at the site entrance where you can use the island’s public transport to get to Douglas via the TT course or Ramsey in the north of the island.

Duke TT Village is just a 30-minute walk from Douglas Town Centre and only 15 minutes from Douglas Promenade, giving you easy access to all that the island has to offer. And with the best viewing spots—such as Bray Hill and Quarterbridge—just a stone’s throw away, you’ll have the perfect base for both first-timers and seasoned TT fans.

There is a bus stop a short walk away that also connects you to Douglas town centre, and from there it is a couple of minutes’ walk to the ferry port. For guests arriving by plane, Douglas bus station is also near the town centre, and airport buses depart every 20 minutes with a 35-minute journey time.

Accessibility

Cabins are compact and have a single step to enter from ground level, so they are unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users. For guests who have limited mobility, however, the Duke Village remains a good option due to its on-site location, which means guests do not have to walk far to experience racing, food and drink, and entertainment.
