Experience the nostalgic roar of the Mountain Course with our Classic TT glamping package, a stress-free way to soak up the island’s heritage racing.

Over four nights, you’ll stay in a spacious, pre-pitched 5-metre bell tent—featuring real beds and proper linens for ultimate comfort—at your choice of two prime locations in either St John’s or Douglas. We’ve handled the logistics by including an arrival port transfer and a full public transport pass, ensuring you can navigate the island’s best viewing spots with ease.

With on-island support to guide you through the week, this package is designed for fans who want a relaxed, atmospheric, and hassle-free way to stay close to the heart of the action.

Itinerary

Today, you travel to the Isle of Man. You will be met upon arrival at your port and transferred to your booked accommodation. The rest of the day is at your leisure.

Today is the first day of Classic TT racing; you are free to choose your vantage point, or upgrade with an additional grandstand or hospitality ticket. Use your Explorer Pass to get around

Classic TT Rest Day

Today is the final race day of the Classic TT, and you are free to choose your vantage point or upgrade with an additional grandstand or hospitality ticket. Use your Explorer Pass to get around

Today, your Classic TT experience ends, and you say goodbye to the Isle of Man as you start your journey home.

St. John's Glamping

Situated in the charming village of St John’s, this Classic TT glamping site offers a peaceful and well-located base with easy access to amenities and transport links. The site is flat, spacious and easy to settle into, with plenty of shower and toilet facilities available — ideal for guests who want a simple, comfortable place to stay during the Classic TT.

Nearby

Just 500 metres from a welcoming pub, a cosy café and a handy village shop, St John’s is perfectly placed for grabbing breakfast, stocking up on essentials or enjoying an evening drink without needing to travel far. Public transport is also close by, making it easy to reach other parts of the island without needing to drive.

The TT Course at Ballacraine is also within walking distance — around a 20-minute stroll — meaning you can be trackside with ease.  to travel far.

  • There is no electricity inside the tents but you will be provided with a battery powered torch light
  • Charging stations can be found inside the site club house
  • As the site is on a sportsground, BBQs are not permitted, however food options on and off site are adequate, and there are numerous additional options in nearby Peel also (a short bus ride away)
  • Secure luggage storage is available
  • Site is staffed 24 hours

Governor's Bridge Glamping

Stay in the heart of the action at Governors Bridge Glamping. Our premium Classic TT glamping site is ideally located in one of the most sought-after spots due to its proximity to Governors Bridge and the TT Grandstand itself.

Our cosy bell tents comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, offering raised beds, comfortable mattresses, and snug bed linens for a peaceful night’s rest. Indulge in the convenience of on-site facilities, including a fully licensed bar, breakfast/snack bar, free WiFi, and ample shower and toilet amenities.

Nearby

Forget shuttle buses or long walks: from your tent, you can stroll straight out to the course, grab a spot trackside, or wander down to Douglas Promenade / town centre for food, pubs and evening entertainment. There is a large Tesco supermarket located a few minutes walk away also.

The site is a 10 minute drive from the ferry terminal which can also be accessed via bus from Victoria Road, a short walk away. For travellers arriving and departing by plane, the airport is is 11 miles away and buses go to and from Douglas bus station, with a 35 minute journey time. From Douglas bus station, the glamping site can be accessed via a 10 minute bus journey or by taxi.
