The Manx Grand Prix has a tradition going back more than ninety years…
It started life as a race for amateurs, one organised specifically to counteract the muscling out of many competitors by the professional teams, and professional riders, who were increasingly competing in the TT.
The Manx Grand Prix starts with a week long qualifying period, dominated by qualifying sessions followed by a week of racing, with the race days taking place on Friday, Saturday and Monday.
Qualifying Week is becoming increasingly popular for first time and seasoned visitors alike. With qualifying sessions taking place most evenings, you have the days free to explore the natural beauty the Island has to offer.
