We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focused यात्रा कार्यकारी to join our growing team on the Isle of Man.
Duke Travel is an inbound tour operator and destination management company, operating through our brands Duke Travel, Isle of Man Experiences और आइल ऑफ मैन डीएमसी. We specialise in creating memorable travel experiences, from holidays and sightseeing tours to major events, including the world-famous Isle of Man TT Races, for which we are an Official Authorised Travel Partner.
About the role
As a Travel Executive, you’ll be involved in the day-to-day running of our travel operations, helping customers plan and book their trips while ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
It’s a varied role that combines customer service, sales, booking administration, and travel operations. You’ll work closely with our team, customers and suppliers to deliver a high standard of service.

Key responsibilities
- Responding to customer enquiries via email, telephone, online chat and occasionally face-to-face.
- Processing and managing travel bookings, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinating travel arrangements with customers, accommodation providers, transport operators and other suppliers.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of travel packages and major events, including the Isle of Man TT.
- Following up on enquiries and identifying opportunities to generate bookings.
- Assisting customers before, during and after their trips.
- Maintaining accurate booking records and completing general administrative tasks.
- Working with colleagues to keep daily operations running smoothly.
About you
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work and is comfortable managing a variety of tasks.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and manage your own workload.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take responsibility.
- Good knowledge of the Isle of Man, its attractions, heritage and visitor experiences.
- An interest in tourism and promoting the Isle of Man as a year-round holiday destination.
- Confidence using computers and learning new systems, including Google Workspace.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, travel or administration would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Isle of Man TT and other motorsport events would be beneficial, but is not essential.
- A full driving licence.
Previous travel industry experience is not essential. We’re equally interested in finding someone with the right attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
