In a wide-ranging interview with Autosport’s James Allen, Paul Phillips has been discussing how the TT might emerge from the current coronavirus crisis, and what a future TT might look like. The interview forms part of the #ThinkingForward series which has featured other motorsport leaders such as Jean Todt, Alan Gow and Christian Horner. The good news for fans is that the man who has been responsible for delivering the event for the last decade-and-a-half believes the future is bright for the TT:
“The TT was in pretty good shape going into this and I’m quite confident from all of the work that we’ve done in the intervening period and from a sporting perspective, it will come back strong.”
