Check-in at all the accommodation options are at 3 pm, and check-out at 10 am. If you arrive early in the morning, you cannot check in until later the same day. If your tent or room is not in use the night before, all the accommodation providers will do their best to let you access the tent/room earlier. You can book the night before as an extra so that you can access the accommodation immediately. Luggage storage is available at all locations, which means you can leave your bags, go exploring and check in later.

Please inform us of your travel details to and from the island so we can ensure the accommodation providers are there to meet you on arrival. We also need your details if you have a one-way transfer from the airport or sea terminal. If travelling by air, we require your flight numbers, route and arrival times. By sea we require the route and Isle of Man arrival times.

You can reserve your spot at the current price with a deposit. The deposit amount depends on the total cost of your booking. The balance can be paid at a later date. The payment deadline will be determined by the time of the year you book. Deposit payment up to the end of January Bookings after January must be paid in full. We cannot confirm the final ferry ticket costs until they are released by the ferry company, which is usually in December. Once the amounts are known, you will receive an updated invoice via email. All pricing on invoices prior to the final costs being advised are estimates based on the previous year's event.

Travel is not included in our packages unless stated. We can add ferry tickets where available, but we do not book flights. You can, of course, book flights directly with the airline that operate to the island directly.

All visitors from outside the UK should ensure they have adequate travel insurance in place to cover emergency medical treatment including repatriation cover before they travel.

The Isle of Man airport (Ronaldsway Airport) is located in the Southern part of the island near Castletown. It is around 20-30 minutes by public transport to the island's capital Douglas.

All Duke Travel packages include a one-way sea terminal or airport-to-accommodation transfer. You can use your unlimited public transport pass or pre-book a private transfer on your return journey.

This allows you to travel around the island by public bus, tram or train. A bus service will get you around the TT course apart from the mountain section from Ramsey to the Creg Ny Baa. An electric tram service gets you to the mountain section from Laxey. Transport passes can only be collected from your booked accommodation. We are not able to send these in advance of your arrival date.

You can cancel your booking at any time. However, as with any other holiday package, cancellation fees apply. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions and agree to them before booking a package. You can view our terms and conditions at any time here. If you cancel your booking before the final balance due date, you will only lose the deposit and extras. A cancellation fee will apply if you decide to cancel after the final balance due date. Note that this would be 100% of the monies paid. The final balance date is detailed on your booking confirmation invoice. By cancelling your booking, you agree to the cancellation terms, and the decision is final and cannot be reversed.

If someone in your booking can no longer attend, but others still are, you have two options. You can find a replacement(s) to take the place of those who cannot attend. You can remove the individual from the booking. If you would like to replace any passengers, please note there is a name change fee of £25 per person. If you would like to remove any passengers from your booking, please note the standard cancellation terms apply for those passengers - they would lose their deposit if cancelling before the final balance date or the deposit and cancellation fee if they cancel after the balance date.
