If this is something you are considering, it is worth understanding some of the challenges that you may encounter so that you are fully prepared:<\/p><p>&#8211; Congested roads; the roads on the Isle of Man get very congested during TT, particularly in towns and around the viewing locations. During road closures, it can be very slow progress to move around due to diversions and queues.<br \/>&#8211; Parking in Douglas is not only hard to come by, but roadside parking if you can find it, is typically limited to 2 hours using a parking disc. Most hotels do not come with car parking, and those that do have limited spaces.<br \/>&#8211; To secure a car booking on the ferry requires booking early as the ferry company earmarks only a small number of spaces.
